  • Service & Billing Policy

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service date.

Once service has been completed, charges are non-refundable.

Recurring subscription plans require an initial 3-service agreement. Cancellation is permitted after completion of the initial service term.

Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each service cycle. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service interruption.

  • Pet waste is one of the most common causes of garbage bacteria and bin order buildup. Even when bagged, it can leave behind smells, residue, and attract pests—especially during warm weather. Our cleaning service helps remove buildup, sanitize surfaces, and keep bins fresher.
