Service & Billing

Northeast Bin Services (NBS)

Thank you for choosing Northeast Bin Services. The following policies help ensure reliable scheduling, smooth billing, and quality service for all customers.

1. Scheduling & Access

All services are performed curbside and scheduled in coordination with your regular trash pickup day.

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible and placed curbside on the scheduled service date.

If bins are not available or accessible at the time of service, the visit may be skipped and counted as completed.

2. Payment Terms

One-Time Services

• Payment is due before service
• Cash or card accepted
• Charges are non-refundable once service has been completed

Subscription Services (Monthly & Bi-Monthly)

• Auto-pay is required
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each service cycle
• A valid payment method must remain on file
• Failure to maintain valid payment may result in service interruption

3. Initial Service Agreement

All recurring subscription plans require an initial 3-service agreement.

Cancellation is permitted after completion of the initial service term.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be denied.

5. Refund

Once service has been completed, all charges are non-refundable.

If there is a concern with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address concerns.

6. Water Usage

Service is performed using the customer’s outdoor water supply. Water usage is minimal and comparable to a brief garden hose session.

7. Additional Bins

Subscription plans include up to two (2) bins unless otherwise noted. Additional bins are applicable add-on pricing.
