Northeast Bin Services (NBS)

Thank you for choosing Northeast Bin Services. The following policies help ensure reliable scheduling, smooth billing, and quality service for all customers.

1. Scheduling & Access

All services are performed curbside and scheduled in coordination with your regular trash pickup day.

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible and placed curbside on the scheduled service date.

If bins are not available or accessible at the time of service, the visit may be skipped and counted as completed.

2. Payment Terms

One-Time Services

• Payment is due before service
• Cash or card accepted
• Charges are non-refundable once service has been completed

Subscription Services (Monthly & Bi-Monthly)

• Auto-pay is required
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each service cycle
• A valid payment method must remain on file
• Failure to maintain valid payment may result in service interruption

3. Initial Service Agreement

All recurring subscription plans require an initial 3-service agreement.

Cancellation is permitted after completion of the initial service term.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be denied.

5. Refund

Once service has been completed, all charges are non-refundable.

If there is a concern with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address concerns.

6. Water Usage

Residential garbage bin cleaning services are performed using Northeast Bin Services’ onboard water supply and professional cleaning equipment. Customers are not required to provide access to an outdoor water connection for standard residential service.

For commercial dumpster cleaning services and larger-scale cleanings, access to an onsite water supply may be required to ensure proper service efficiency and completion. Any water access requirements will be discussed and approved with the customer prior to service.

7. Commercial Dumpster Cleaning Services

Northeast Bin Services also provides commercial dumpster and waste enclosure cleaning services for businesses, apartment complexes, restaurants, medical facilities, industrial properties, and other commercial locations.

Commercial services may include:

  • Interior and exterior dumpster pressure washing

  • Degreasing and odor treatment

  • Bacteria and grime removal

  • Waste pad and surrounding area rinse-down

  • Scheduled recurring maintenance services

Service frequency, pricing, water access requirements, and scheduling for commercial properties will vary based on dumpster size, quantity, condition, and site accessibility. Custom service plans may be provided upon request.

For larger commercial cleanings, customers may be required to provide reasonable access to an onsite water source and designated service area to ensure efficient completion of services.

8. Additional Bins

Subscription plans include up to two (2) bins unless otherwise noted. Additional bins are applicable add-on pricing.
